Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Customer:
- More than 15 Days Before Departure: If you cancel more than 15 days before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a full refund.
- Between 3 and 15 Days Before Departure: If you cancel between 3 and 15 days before the scheduled departure, you will receive a 90% refund of the total charter fee.
- Less than 72 Hours Before Departure: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable. The total charter fee will be forfeited.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your charter or fail to notify us of your cancellation, the total charter fee will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation by Us:
- Due to Weather or Safety Concerns: If we need to cancel your charter due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Other Circumstances: In the unlikely event we need to cancel for reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule your charter.
3. Rescheduling:
- More than 15 Days Before Departure: Rescheduling requests made more than 15 days before departure will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- 3 to 15 Days Before Departure: Rescheduling requests made between 3 to 15 days before departure may incur a 10% fee, depending on availability.
- Less than 72 Hours Before Departure: Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before departure will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Refunds:
- All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
